• Speaking of tech-stack, which is is right and when?
• What policies ensure your LLMs generate accurate code? How do you ensure OWSAP Top 10, brute-force secure coding practices, test coverage?
• Who is the go-to architect to envision scale and fire-fighting strategy?
• Do you start monolithic or microservice or microlithic?
• What happens after the first 6 months hype?

The Devils Advocate

As with each wave, the dot-com, the SaaS and e-commerce, the mobile-only, the crypto bubble, there were promoters and incumbents. And when every VC is going after the same trend, prices drop and the market becomes competitive, disruptive, saturated and stale.

I have been there since after the SaaS wave, grown and moulded by it and worked with all kinds of  aspirational capitalist and venture reforming organization or gold mining surfer for something spectacular, whether charitable, investment advisory, solving for remote white-collar resource, creating a circular economy currency, firefighting infrastructure with automated healing before it was used for chaosmonkey,  launching pre-loved clothes stores or building pink tools to identify customer fraud in new markets or worked for the largest ad distribution and ad serving search giant in the world and in hindsight "survived" to tell the stormy brutal startup tales which I sometimes scribble in a publication.
